These Terms of Service govern your use of Case2Care (case2care.com), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

What Case2Care Is

Case2Care provides organisational tools and written material to help families coordinate a medical case: organising records, tracking appointments, and preparing questions to ask. The visit-prep tool is free and runs in your browser. The Case2Care FlowGuide is a paid downloadable kit delivered by email.

Not Medical, Legal, or Insurance Advice

Case2Care does not provide medical, legal, or insurance advice, and is not a substitute for a clinician. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or an opinion about your specific situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Acceptable Use

You may use the tools and the kit for your own household, including on behalf of a family member whose care you are helping to coordinate. You agree not to:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute the FlowGuide or any part of it
• Present the material as your own work or as professional advice to others for a fee
• Use automated scripts to scrape the site or make bulk requests
• Attempt to bypass payment or share purchased download links publicly

Purchases, Delivery, and Refunds

The FlowGuide is a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe, delivered by email as a download. Delivery is automatic and immediate. Because the file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are final once downloaded. If delivery fails, if the file is unusable, or if you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will re-deliver or refund it.

Intellectual Property

The Case2Care name, the FlowGuide, and the text and design of this site belong to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. Buying the kit gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household. Anything you write into the visit-prep tool is yours; we never receive it.

Limitation of Liability

Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Case2Care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal dispute you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where you hold a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted at this URL with a revised effective date, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Garnet Grid Consulting LLC regarding Case2Care.
