Case2Care (case2care.com) is operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not, and why. Case2Care helps families coordinate a medical case, so the most important thing in this policy is what never reaches us.

What We Never Receive

The visit-prep tool runs entirely inside your browser. The questions you choose, anything you type about a situation, and the printable page it produces are held in your browser only and are sent nowhere. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server behind that tool. We never receive your medical records, diagnoses, appointment details, or any information about a patient. When you print or save the result, that copy exists only on your own device and paper.

We do not ask for health information anywhere on this site, and you should not send any to us by email either. If you do, we will delete it.

What We Do Collect

Your Email Address, If You Give It

If you submit the form asking to be kept updated, we receive the email address you type and nothing else. It is transmitted to our own lead endpoint at api.garnetgrid.com, which we operate. We use it to reply and to send occasional updates about Case2Care. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Purchases

If you buy the Case2Care FlowGuide, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details; we do not, and we never store card numbers. We receive the email address needed to deliver your download and a record that the purchase happened, so that we can re-send the kit if delivery fails.

Automatically Collected Information

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and device identifiers to select ads. Cloudflare serves the site and keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

• To deliver a purchase and re-deliver it if the first attempt fails
• To answer you when you write to us
• To send occasional product updates, if you asked for them
• To keep the site available and defend it against abuse

Advertising and Google AdSense

Google AdSense uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings or at aboutads.info.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law:

• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• EEA/UK residents (GDPR): you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and the right to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

Nothing from the visit-prep tool is retained, because none of it is ever collected. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

Case2Care is intended for adults coordinating care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Security

Traffic to Case2Care is served over HTTPS. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The revised version is posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes are announced on the site, and by email where we hold an address for you. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
