About Case2Care
Walk into the appointment knowing what to ask, and walk out with the answers written down.
What this site is
When someone you love is ill, you become a project manager overnight and nobody hands you the plan. Records live in four systems. Three specialists each know a different part. The appointment lasts eleven minutes and you remember the important question in the car park afterwards.
Case2Care is for that work: organising what you know, preparing what to ask, keeping track of what was said, and advocating for someone who may be too unwell to advocate for themselves. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it does not tell you what to decide. It helps you arrive prepared and leave with a record.
Who operates it
Case2Care is built and operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC, an independent technology studio. You can reach a person at [email protected] — the contact pagesays which address suits which question.
How our content is produced
Our written material is researched from published patient-advocacy guidance and public health-system documentation, and drafted with the assistance of large language models, and reviewed by a person before deployment. It is general preparation material. It is not medical advice and it is not specific to your case.
If you find something inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it rather than quietly leave it standing.
How the site is funded
The site is free to read and carries third-party advertising. Advertising never decides what we publish and no advertiser is given editorial input. Our disclaimer carries the full advertising disclosure.
Editorial standards
- No invented authority. We do not attribute claims to people, bodies or studies we cannot point to.
- No invented numbers. A figure comes with its source, or it does not appear.
- Context is named, not assumed. Where something is true only in a particular setting, we say which.
- Corrections are made openly.
