Not medical advice. This kit is an organising tool. It contains no clinical guidance, no dosages and no thresholds, and it cannot tell you whether something is an emergency. Clinical decisions belong to the care team.
What it is
A folder of files for the person holding a relative's medical case together: the one who goes to the appointments, chases the results, and is asked at 4am where the insurance card is. It gives you printable checklists for the hard transitions, a library of questions organised by who you are talking to, blank spreadsheets to record things in, a handoff pack for the relative covering a weekend, a where-everything-is sheet, and honest material about the caregiver's own situation. That is the complete list.

What is inside
- 01-pathways — 11 printable checklists for hard situations: a new diagnosis, a hospital stay, discharge, recovery at home, multiple specialists, the emergency department, rehab, hospice, a new treatment, paid help at home, a second opinion.
- 02-questions — 15 question sheets by who you are seeing: the surgeon before an operation, the pharmacist, the discharge planner, the hospice team, the insurance call, the social worker.
- 03-trackers — 17 blank CSV trackers: medications, appointments, symptoms, calls and messages, results, costs and claims.
- 04-handoff — the pack for whoever covers a weekend, and the where-everything-is sheet for the person alone in the house.
- 05-caregiver — the caregiver's own situation: asking for help, the admin after a death, when you are the one who is not coping.
- 06-admin — organising the paperwork: what to keep, what to ask for, how to log a denial, what to write down on a call.
- 07-tools — an offline medication schedule builder: a single web page that prints a schedule and saves nothing.
What it is not
- It gives no medical advice — no dosages, no thresholds, no “if it goes above X”, and no view on whether a symptom is serious or expected.
- It cannot tell you whether something is an emergency. If you believe you are facing one, contact your local emergency number or your care team's emergency line.
- It monitors nothing, reminds you of nothing, and has no alarms. The schedule you build is a printed piece of paper.
- It does not sync, share, back up, or connect to any patient portal, pharmacy, insurer or device. Everything in it is there because a human typed it in.
- It is not legal, financial or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for a care team. It helps you find and use those people; it cannot be them.
